Duplicate Teams, folders five levels deep, files nobody can find and sharing nobody can explain. We design SharePoint and Teams around how your business actually works, move your files in, and set the rules that stop it turning back into a mess.
Most businesses never decided how to use SharePoint and Teams. Somebody created a Team for a project, somebody else copied the old shared drive into a document library, and files started living in chats. A few years later, nobody is sure where the latest version of anything is.
Three Teams for the same department, and no one knows which is the real one.
Documents scattered across Teams, OneDrive, email attachments and the old server.
Guests and ex-clients who still have access, and sensitive folders open to everyone.
"Final_v3_reviewed" copies everywhere, instead of one document everyone works on.
Good SharePoint is designed around your people, not around a folder tree from 2009.
We talk to people across the business about how they work, who collaborates with whom, which documents matter, and what needs to stay restricted.
We design a clear structure of sites, Teams and libraries, with sensible names and permissions based on groups rather than individuals. You approve the design before anything changes.
We build the new structure, then move your files in from your file server, Dropbox, Google Drive or the current SharePoint mess, keeping version history and permissions where it makes sense.
We set rules on who can create Teams, how they are named, how guests are invited and when inactive Teams are archived, so the structure stays tidy without constant policing.
Short, practical sessions show your team where things live, how to share safely and how to co-author instead of emailing attachments. Ongoing changes go through our support desk.
A tidy, well-permissioned SharePoint is the single biggest step to getting Copilot ready.

Explore cloud migrationSharePoint is where your files are stored and organised. Teams is where people chat, meet and work together, and every Team has a SharePoint site behind it holding its files. Designing them together is what stops files ending up in the wrong place.
OneDrive is for each person's own working files. SharePoint and Teams are for anything the business owns or a team shares. A common problem is business documents living in one person's OneDrive, which becomes a real issue when they leave. We set clear guidance as part of the project.
Yes. We often restructure an existing SharePoint and Teams setup, merging duplicate Teams, moving files into a clearer structure and tightening permissions. We plan the changes carefully so links and shortcuts break as little as possible, and we tell staff what is moving and when.
Yes. With OneDrive sync, SharePoint libraries appear in File Explorer just like a mapped drive did, so people can keep working the way they are used to while gaining version history, co-authoring and access from anywhere.
Usually not. SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive are included in Microsoft 365 business plans. Some advanced governance and data protection features need higher plans such as Business Premium or E5, and we will tell you up front if any part of the design depends on them.
