Ageing servers in a cupboard are a cost, a risk and a single point of failure. We plan and run your move to Microsoft 365 and Azure, from files and email to full server workloads, so your team logs in on Monday and everything is just there.
For many businesses, everything still depends on one ageing box: the file server, the shared drive, the line-of-business app that "only works in the office". When that hardware fails, or simply goes out of support, so does the business.
Moving to the cloud swaps that single point of failure for infrastructure that's secure, backed up and reachable from anywhere. The hard part isn't the destination, it's getting there without losing data or a working day.
Files and apps available securely from the office, home or on site, without clunky VPN workarounds.
Enterprise-grade protection, MFA and access controls that are hard to match with on-premise kit.
No surprise hardware replacement bills. Pay monthly for what you use, and scale as you grow.
No single box to fail. Your data is stored redundantly, with backup and recovery planned in from day one.
Whether it's a single file server or your whole estate, we choose the right home for each workload rather than forcing everything into one place.
Most migration pain comes from skipping the planning. Ours starts with it.
We inventory everything you run today: servers, shared drives, mailboxes, applications, permissions and the dependencies between them. Nothing gets moved until we know what it is, who uses it and what relies on it.
We design the target setup, deciding what belongs in SharePoint and OneDrive, what needs Azure, and what can be retired. You get a written plan with costs, a timeline and a rollback route for every stage.
Before any data moves, we set up the destination properly: security baseline, MFA, Conditional Access, folder structure and permissions, plus backup. Your new environment is secure from the first file.
We move a small group or a single department first, test that everything works, and fix any issues while the impact is contained.
The main move happens evenings or weekends, with data synced in advance so the final switch is fast. Old systems stay available read-only until you're confident nothing has been missed.
Engineers are on hand when your team logs in to answer questions and fix anything unexpected. Once everything is confirmed, we securely decommission the old hardware and wipe the data.
The cloud isn't right for every workload. Part of our job is telling you what should stay put.

Explore disaster recoveryWe design every migration to avoid it. Data is copied and kept in sync in the background while you carry on working, and the final cutover is scheduled out of hours. For most businesses the switch is invisible: staff log off on Friday and log in to the new setup on Monday.
It depends on what you're moving. Everyday documents and shared drives usually belong in SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, which you may already be paying for through Microsoft 365. Applications, databases and anything that needs a full server are better suited to Azure. Most migrations use a mix, and we will recommend the right home for each workload.
Microsoft's data centres are protected to a standard few businesses could match on premise, and UK data residency is available. The real risks are weak passwords, overshared files and no independent backup, which is why we secure the environment and set up backup before any data is moved.
It depends on how much data you have, how many systems are involved and how tidy things are today. A straightforward file server or email move can be quick, while a multi-server estate with line-of-business apps takes longer. You'll get a clear timeline in the plan before any work starts.
We map your existing permissions during discovery and recreate them in the new environment, usually simplifying them along the way. It's a good opportunity to clean up years of access that has built up and no longer makes sense.
We check every application with you and the vendor during discovery. Many have cloud versions or can run on a virtual server in Azure. If something genuinely needs to stay on premise, we will plan around it rather than force it.
