Leeds has no shortage of IT companies. What's harder to find is a small, consistent team that knows your setup, publishes its prices and is owned by the people doing the work. That's how we're built.
Leeds businesses can choose from national providers, large regional firms and one-person outfits. The biggest bring process, but often a different engineer on every call. The smallest know you well, but can be stretched thin.
We sit in between: an employee-owned team with a proper service desk, published response times and the same people looking after your account month after month.
We work best with Leeds organisations of roughly 20 to 100 people running on Microsoft 365: professional firms, recruitment agencies, property businesses and growing teams split between an office and home.
Growing city businesses tend to hit the same handful of problems. None of them are dramatic on day one. All of them get more expensive the longer they're left.
Laptops at home, files in personal OneDrive folders and a VPN nobody trusts. We make working from anywhere secure by design rather than by luck.
Secure remote accessAdmin rights handed out to get a job done, sharing links that never expire and settings no one has reviewed since the day it was set up.
Microsoft 365 support in LeedsLicences still assigned to leavers and plans that don't match the job. A licence review usually pays for itself.
Licence reviewsLeadership wants AI. Copilot can surface any file a user can reach, so permissions need tightening before it's switched on.
Copilot readinessA second site, a satellite team or a serviced office. We bring every location, and every home worker, under one support arrangement.
Larger clients and insurers now ask about MFA, backups and Cyber Essentials before they'll sign. We help you answer honestly and close the gaps.
Cyber EssentialsEverything below is run by the same team, under one agreement, with one service desk number.
Tenant administration, licences, Teams, SharePoint and security, run and documented by one team.
A service desk your staff can call or email, with every request logged and response times we publish.
MFA, Conditional Access and sign-in monitoring, so a stolen password isn't a way in.
A governance-first Copilot rollout, starting with who can see what.
Safe access to company systems from home, client sites and anywhere in between.
Email deliverability, candidate data protection and consultants ready from day one.
Our office is in Mirfield, about 18 miles from Leeds city centre by road via the M62 and M621. Almost everything we do for Leeds clients happens remotely, from Microsoft 365 administration to security monitoring, so the distance rarely shows.
When a job needs someone in the room, such as a network fault, new equipment or a critical outage, we come in. We cover the city centre and south and west Leeds as standard, including Holbeck, Hunslet, Morley, Pudsey, Horsforth and Headingley, and confirm anything further out case by case.
| Priority | What it means | Remote response | Onsite dispatch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Critical | Total outage, business stopped | 30 minutes | Same day |
| High | Key systems down or multiple users impacted | 2 hours | Next business day |
| Medium | Single user unable to work | 4 hours | Scheduled |
| Low | Disruption with a workaround available | 8 hours | Scheduled |
Response times on our managed support plans, during support hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Out-of-hours cover is available as an add-on.
A small team means you get to know the engineers and they get to know your setup. Employee ownership gives them a reason to stay.
From £50 per user per month, with our response times on the page. You can compare us before you ever speak to us.
Most of our work happens inside Microsoft 365, so we go deeper on tenant security, licensing and Copilot than a general IT provider usually does.

Yes. Copilot can surface any file a user has access to, so we start by reviewing permissions and sharing, fix what's too open, then roll Copilot out to a pilot group before the wider business.
Our support hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and devices are monitored around the clock. Out-of-hours cover for critical incidents is available as an add-on if your business needs it.
