Copilot can save your team hours every week, but it can also surface files people were never meant to see. We get your Microsoft 365 tenant ready, deploy Copilot where it genuinely helps, and train your people to use it well.
Microsoft 365 Copilot answers questions using everything a user already has access to: their email, Teams chats, OneDrive and every SharePoint site they can open. It respects your permissions exactly. The problem is that in most businesses, those permissions have drifted for years.
A salary spreadsheet shared with "everyone" in 2019 was hard to stumble across. With Copilot, anyone can ask for it in plain English. Getting the foundations right before you switch it on is what separates a productivity win from a data incident.
Sites and folders shared with the whole company, or with "anyone with the link", become instantly searchable.
Without sensitivity labels, Copilot can't tell HR records and contracts apart from the team lunch rota.
Out-of-date policies and old drafts lead to confident, wrong answers that staff then act on.
Leavers' shares, guest accounts and old group memberships quietly widen what Copilot can reach.
A structured rollout that makes your tenant safe for AI first, then puts Copilot in the hands of the people who will get the most from it.
We review how your business uses SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange and Teams, map where your data actually lives, and check your licensing and security baseline. You get a clear report of what needs fixing before Copilot goes anywhere near your users.
We find overshared sites, broad "everyone" access, stale guest accounts and anonymous sharing links, then tighten them so people can reach what they need and nothing more.
Using Microsoft Purview, we set up sensitivity labels, retention and data loss prevention policies for your HR, finance and client data. Where needed, we restrict which SharePoint sites Copilot can draw from while the clean-up continues.
Conditional Access, MFA and role-based controls make sure only the right users, on trusted devices, can use Copilot and the data behind it. Policies are documented so you can evidence them to clients and insurers.
We assign licences to a pilot group chosen around real use cases, such as meeting summaries, drafting proposals or digging through long email threads, and connect any external data sources Copilot should be able to use.
Practical, role-based training on writing good prompts, checking Copilot's output and using AI responsibly across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Plus a shared prompt library so good ideas spread.
We track adoption and feedback using Microsoft's usage reporting, show you where Copilot is earning its licence and where it isn't, and expand the rollout only where the value is proven.
Take the full rollout, or start with a readiness check and decide from there.
Copilot pays off fastest for teams that live in Microsoft 365. We'll tell you honestly if now isn't the right time.
Copilot is only as safe as the tenant underneath it. These services do the groundwork.
Close the gaps in MFA, Conditional Access and sharing settings that Copilot would otherwise expose.

Explore M365 adminCopilot is an AI assistant built into the Microsoft 365 apps your team already uses. It can summarise Teams meetings and long email threads, draft documents and replies, analyse Excel data and build PowerPoint decks, all grounded in your own business content rather than the public internet.
No. Microsoft 365 Copilot works within your tenant's existing security and compliance boundary, and Microsoft states that your prompts, responses and business data are not used to train its foundation models. The bigger risk is internal: Copilot showing your own staff data they shouldn't have access to, which is what our readiness work addresses.
Microsoft 365 Copilot is a paid add-on licence on top of an eligible Microsoft 365 plan, such as Business Standard, Business Premium, E3 or E5. As part of the readiness check we review your current licences and recommend who should get Copilot first, so you aren't paying for seats that won't be used.
Copilot Chat is available to Microsoft 365 users at no extra cost and is grounded in web content, with work data only where you add it to a prompt. The paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence reaches across your emails, files, chats and meetings and works directly inside the Office apps. Many businesses start with Copilot Chat and add paid licences for the roles that benefit most.
A readiness assessment typically takes a couple of weeks. How long the clean-up takes depends on how much your permissions and data have drifted. Most businesses can start a pilot group within weeks, while the wider governance work continues in the background.
You can, and Microsoft makes it easy to assign the licence. But Copilot will immediately inherit every permission problem in your tenant. A short readiness exercise first is far cheaper than dealing with a member of staff finding confidential HR or financial files through a simple prompt.
