Automate the Work Nobody Wants to Do

Copying data between systems, chasing approvals, filing attachments, sending the same email every Monday. We find the repetitive tasks eating your team's week and automate them with Microsoft Power Automate, using the Microsoft 365 you already pay for.

Five Minutes Here, Five Minutes There

No single task feels worth fixing. Re-keying an order, forwarding a form to the right person, updating a spreadsheet after every job. But across a team and a year, that small manual work adds up to weeks of time spent on things a computer should be doing.

Power Automate is Microsoft's workflow tool, and it's included in many Microsoft 365 plans. It connects Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Excel and hundreds of other apps so work moves on its own.

Time Back

Hours of routine admin handed to automation, so your people focus on work that needs a person.

Fewer Mistakes

No more copy and paste errors, missed steps or forms left sitting in someone's inbox.

Faster Turnaround

Approvals and requests move the moment they're submitted, not when someone remembers.

A Clear Record

Every run is logged, so you can see who approved what and when.

What We Automate

A few of the workflows we build most often. If a task follows the same steps every time, it can usually be automated.

New Starter & Leaver Checklists
Invoice & Expense Approvals
Holiday & Absence Requests
Web Form to CRM or SharePoint
Email Attachments Filed Automatically
Teams Alerts When Something Changes
Contract & Document Sign-Off
Scheduled Reports Sent to the Right People
Data Pulled From PDFs & Forms

Built Around How You Work

Automating a messy process just makes the mess faster. We start with the process, then build the flow.

01

Process Review

We sit down with the people who actually do the work, map how each task happens today, and identify the ones that are repetitive, rule-based and worth automating first.

02

Design

We agree exactly what each flow will do, which systems it touches, who gets notified and what happens when something unexpected comes up. You sign off the design before anything is built.

03

Build and Test

Flows are built under a service account rather than a member of staff, so they keep running when people leave. We test them against real scenarios, including the awkward edge cases.

04

Launch and Train

We switch the flows on, show your team what has changed and how to use any new forms or approvals, and keep a close eye on the first few weeks of runs.

05

Monitor and Improve

We watch for failed runs and fix them before anyone notices, and we review your flows regularly to spot the next task worth automating.

Automation Done Properly

Secure by Design

Flows only get the access they need, sensitive data stays inside your tenant, and data loss prevention policies stop risky connections between apps.

No Single Point of Failure

Flows that run under one person's account break the day they leave. We build on service accounts and document every flow, so nothing depends on one person.

Uses What You Already Have

Most automations run on standard connectors included with Microsoft 365. We tell you up front if a flow would need a premium licence, and suggest alternatives where there are any.

Supported After Launch

Your flows are covered by our support desk, so when a supplier changes a form or a system updates, someone fixes it.

Common Questions

Do we need extra licences for Power Automate?

Often not. Power Automate with standard connectors, covering Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Excel and many more, is included in most Microsoft 365 business plans. Premium connectors, desktop automation and some AI features need a Power Automate Premium licence. We will tell you exactly what each flow needs before we build it.

Can Power Automate connect to our other software?

There are connectors for hundreds of popular apps, including Xero, Salesforce, Dropbox and DocuSign. Where there is no ready-made connector, flows can often work through the app's API, or through desktop automation for older software that has no API at all.

What happens if a flow breaks?

We monitor your flows for failed runs and are alerted when something goes wrong, usually because another system has changed. We fix it and re-run anything that was missed. Because every flow is documented, the fix is quick.

Can we build our own flows as well?

Yes, and we encourage it for simple personal automations. We can set up guardrails, such as data loss prevention policies and an approved list of connectors, so staff can experiment safely, and train your more technical people to build their own.

Where do we start?

With an automation review. We spend time with your team to find the repetitive tasks costing you the most time, then recommend a short list of quick wins to build first. Seeing one or two flows working usually makes the next ideas obvious.
