Your Business Phones, Inside Microsoft Teams

Your phone system should work wherever your team does. We move your numbers to Microsoft Teams Phone, so calls, chat and meetings live in one app your team already uses, at the desk, at home or on the road.

One App for Every Conversation

Most businesses run their phones on a separate system that sits apart from everything else: its own handsets, its own supplier, its own contract and an engineer visit every time something needs changing. Meanwhile your team already chats, meets and shares files in Microsoft Teams every day.

Teams Phone brings your business phone numbers into that same app. One place for every conversation, managed alongside the rest of your Microsoft 365.

Call From Anywhere

Make and take business calls on your laptop, mobile or desk phone, with the same number wherever you are.

One App

Calls, chat, meetings and files together in Teams, instead of a separate phone system nobody fully understands.

Keep Your Numbers

Your existing phone numbers move across, so customers notice nothing.

Easy Changes

A Switch Your Customers Won't Notice

01

Discovery

We review your current phone system, numbers, contracts and how calls flow through the business today: who answers, where calls go when nobody does, and what has to happen out of hours.

02

Design and Licensing

We design your call flows in Teams and recommend the right licences and calling option for your business. You get a clear proposal covering monthly costs and any devices you need.

03

Number Porting

We handle the paperwork to move your existing numbers from your current provider, and schedule the transfer for a time that suits you.

04

Set Up and Test

Users, auto attendants, queues and devices are configured and tested before your numbers move, so everything works from the first call on switch-over day.

05

Train and Support

Short, practical training gets your team comfortable making, transferring and answering calls in Teams. Afterwards, changes and issues go through our support desk like everything else.

Is Teams Phone Right for You?

A strong fit

  • Your team already uses Microsoft 365 and Teams for chat or meetings
  • You have an ageing on-site phone system or traditional phone lines
  • Staff split their time between the office, home and the road
  • You want one supplier for your IT and your phones

Probably not the right fit

  • You run a large contact centre with complex call centre needs
  • Your business does not use Microsoft 365
  • Your internet connection is unreliable with no backup in place

Keep the Calls Coming Through

Failover Internet

When your phones run over the internet, a backup connection means a broken line never silences them.

Common Questions

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

In almost all cases, yes. We port your existing UK numbers from your current provider into Teams, so your customers keep calling the same numbers they always have. We manage the porting process and schedule the switch-over for a quiet time.

What licences do we need for Teams Phone?

Each user needs a Teams Phone licence alongside their Microsoft 365 plan, plus a way to connect to the phone network, either a Microsoft Calling Plan or a connection through a third-party carrier. Some Microsoft 365 plans include Teams Phone already. We recommend the most cost-effective combination for your business.

Do we need desk phones?

Not necessarily. Many teams make and take calls entirely through the Teams app with a good headset. For reception, warehouses, shared areas or people who simply prefer a handset, we supply and set up certified Teams desk phones.

What happens if our internet goes down?

Calls can automatically divert to mobiles or another number, and staff can keep taking calls on the Teams mobile app over mobile data. For businesses that rely heavily on phones, we recommend a failover internet connection so calls keep flowing in the office as well.

Is call quality as good as a traditional phone line?

On a good business internet connection, yes. Teams calls are high-definition audio, and we prioritise call traffic on your network so it isn't affected by large downloads or busy periods. If your connection or Wi-Fi isn't up to it, we will tell you during discovery and recommend what needs to change.
