Dead spots, dropped Teams calls and a guest network that shares a password with your finance team. We survey your space, design the network properly, install it cleanly and look after it, so Wi-Fi stops being something your team talks about.
Most business Wi-Fi problems aren't caused by a slow internet line. They come from consumer-grade kit, access points in the wrong places, and networks that have been extended one booster at a time as the business grew.
Meeting rooms, back offices or the far end of the warehouse where the signal simply gives up.
Teams and Zoom calls that freeze or drop as people move around, or as soon as the office fills up.
Staff, visitors and smart devices all on the same network, with a password everyone has known for years.
When it goes wrong, nobody knows why, and the fix is turning the router off and on again.
Good Wi-Fi is planned, not guessed. Every installation follows the same process.
We visit your premises to understand how the space is used, how many people and devices connect, and what gets in the way: walls, floors, racking, metal and neighbouring networks.
We plan the number and position of access points for full coverage and the right capacity in busy areas, along with the cabling, switching and power they need. You get a clear proposal before any work starts.
Business-grade access points are mounted and cabled neatly back to your comms cabinet, with everything labelled. We schedule the work around your business hours to keep disruption to a minimum.
Separate networks for staff, guests and devices such as printers, CCTV and smart TVs, so a visitor's laptop can never see your file server. Staff access can be tied to their Microsoft 365 accounts rather than a shared password.
We walk the site testing coverage and performance, fine-tune where needed, and hand over documentation of what was installed and how it's set up.
Your network is managed from a central cloud console. We keep firmware up to date, watch for faults and performance issues, and adjust the setup as your team and space change.
Every site is different. We design for how yours is actually used, from a single office floor to multiple buildings.
Wi-Fi is one part of a network you can rely on. We look after the rest too.
Centralised monitoring of your firewalls, switches and access points, with alerts when something looks wrong.

Explore endpoint protectionWhen something does go wrong, an engineer resolves it remotely or comes to site.
Explore supportInternet speed and Wi-Fi performance are two different things. A fast line can still feel slow if there are too few access points, they are in the wrong places, the kit is consumer grade, or too many devices are competing on one network. A site survey tells us exactly where the bottleneck is.
Yes. Without one, access points end up wherever there is a spare socket, which is how dead spots and overloaded areas happen. The survey means we install the right number of access points in the right places first time, rather than adding more later to patch over problems.
Yes. Guests get their own separate network with internet access only, so they can never see your computers, servers or printers. It can include a simple branded login page, and we can put printers, CCTV and smart devices on their own network too.
We plan the work around you and agree the schedule up front. Noisy or disruptive work like cabling can be done early, late or at weekends. Your existing Wi-Fi stays up until the new network is ready to switch over.
Not always. During the survey we assess what you already have. If existing access points or switches are business grade and supported, we may be able to reuse them. If they are consumer kit or out of support, we will explain why replacing them is worth it.
We are based in Mirfield and install business Wi-Fi across Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield and the rest of West Yorkshire, plus further afield for existing clients with multiple sites.
