Get the Most From Microsoft 365

Most teams use a fraction of what Microsoft 365 can do: email, Word and the odd Teams call. Our practical training shows your people how to find files fast, collaborate without attachment chaos and save real time every day, using the tools you already pay for.

Paying for It, Not Using It

Microsoft 365 is usually rolled out with no training at all. People carry on working the way they always have: emailing attachments back and forth, saving files to their desktop, and asking a colleague where something lives. The tools to work better are already there. Nobody has shown them how.

Time Back

Small skills, like finding a file in seconds or co-authoring a document, save time every single day.

Fewer Support Calls

Confident users raise fewer "how do I" tickets and solve more on their own.

Safer Working

Staff who understand sharing and security make fewer costly mistakes.

Better Value

You finally get the value from the Microsoft 365 licences you pay for every month.

Training That Actually Sticks

01

Understand Your Team

We talk to managers and staff about how they work today, where they get stuck, and which tools they use or avoid. That shapes everything that follows.

02

Build the Sessions

We design short, focused sessions for each group, using your own SharePoint sites, Teams and files as examples rather than a generic demo.

03

Deliver Hands-On

Sessions run onsite or over Teams, in small groups, with people working on their own devices. Questions are encouraged, and nobody gets left behind.

04

Leave Guides Behind

Everyone gets short quick-reference guides for what was covered, so the knowledge stays after the session ends.

05

Follow Up

We check in a few weeks later, answer the questions that come up in real work, and run refreshers or onboarding sessions for new starters.

Flexible Formats

Onsite Workshops

Small-group, hands-on sessions at your offices, ideal for teams moving to a new way of working.

Remote Sessions

Live training over Teams for remote and hybrid teams, recorded on request for people who can't attend.

New Starter Onboarding

A short induction to your Microsoft 365 setup, so new people are productive from their first week.

Common Questions

How long are the training sessions?

Most sessions run for one to two hours. Shorter, focused sessions work better than full-day courses, because people can put what they learn into practice straight away and come back with questions.

Can you train mixed-ability groups?

Yes, though we usually group people by role or confidence level so nobody is bored or left behind. A quick conversation with managers beforehand helps us get the groups right.

Do you cover Excel?

Yes, from everyday skills like sorting, filtering and simple formulas through to PivotTables and lookups. We pitch Excel sessions at the level your team actually needs.

Can training be part of a Microsoft 365 project?

It often is. When we migrate files into SharePoint, roll out Teams Phone or deploy Copilot, short training sessions make sure the change sticks. We build it into the project plan.
