Your Team Is Already Using AI

Staff are pasting emails, contracts and client details into free AI tools right now, often without anyone knowing. We help you take control: approved tools, a clear AI policy and practical training, so your team gets the benefits of AI without putting your data at risk.

Banning AI Doesn't Work

AI tools are free, a browser tab away and genuinely useful, so people use them whether there's a policy or not. Blocking them just pushes use onto personal phones and accounts, where you have no visibility at all.

The businesses getting it right give their people safe tools, clear rules and the skills to use them well. That's what this service sets up.

Unseen Data Leaks

Client and company data typed into personal AI accounts, outside your control and your contracts.

Confident Mistakes

AI output used without checking, from wrong figures in a report to invented facts in a client email.

Compliance Gaps

Personal data processed in ways your privacy notices, contracts and UK GDPR obligations don't allow for.

Patchy Results

A few enthusiasts save hours while everyone else is unsure what's allowed, so the business never sees the benefit.

From Shadow AI to Safe AI

A practical programme that fits around your business, not a lecture about the future of work.

01

AI Usage Review

We find out which AI tools are already in use across the business, what they're being used for, and where data might be going that it shouldn't.

02

Choose Approved Tools

We recommend business-grade AI tools that protect your data, often starting with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, which works with your existing work accounts. We set them up and, where appropriate, restrict access to unapproved alternatives.

03

Write Your AI Policy

We help you put a clear, short AI acceptable use policy in place: which tools are approved, what information must never go into them, and how AI output should be checked before it's used.

04

Train Your Team

Hands-on sessions built around real tasks in your business. Staff learn how to write good prompts, check output, and spot where AI helps and where it doesn't, with examples from their own roles.

05

Embed and Review

We share a prompt library for your team, check in on how adoption is going, and update your tools and policy as AI and your business change.

Common Questions

Is it safe for staff to use free AI tools like ChatGPT?

It depends on what they put into them. Free consumer AI tools may store conversations and, depending on settings, use them to improve their models, and they sit outside your business accounts and contracts. Business-grade tools give you far stronger data protection. A clear policy on which tools are approved and what must never be entered is the starting point.

What is Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat?

Copilot Chat is an AI assistant available to Microsoft 365 users with their work account. When staff sign in with their work account, it includes enterprise data protection, which makes it a sensible approved tool for many businesses. The paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence goes further, working inside the Office apps and across your files, email and meetings.

Do we really need an AI policy?

Yes. Without one, staff have to guess what's allowed, and the business has no clear position if something goes wrong. A good AI policy is short and practical: which tools to use, what data must stay out of them, and how to check output. We help you write one that fits your business.

Who should attend the training?

Everyone who uses a computer for work benefits, but we tailor sessions by role. Leadership gets a briefing on risks and opportunities, while teams get hands-on sessions built around the tasks they actually do, from drafting proposals to summarising long documents.

Is the training delivered onsite or remotely?

Either. Workshops work well in person at your offices, and we also run sessions over Teams for remote and hybrid teams. Shorter follow-up sessions are usually remote.
