Microsoft Azure, Managed For You

Azure can run everything your old servers did, without the hardware, the cupboard or the replacement bill. We design it, build it, secure it and keep an eye on the costs, so you get the benefits of the cloud without needing an Azure expert on the payroll.

When SharePoint Isn't Enough

Microsoft 365 handles your email, documents and collaboration. But many businesses still run something that needs a real server: an accounts package, a database, a specialist application or a remote desktop setup. That's where Azure comes in.

Azure is Microsoft's cloud platform. It gives you servers, storage and desktops in Microsoft's UK data centres, paid for monthly and scaled up or down as you need. Without careful management, though, it can also become expensive and insecure fast.

No Hardware

No servers to buy, replace or keep cool. Microsoft looks after the physical kit.

Scales With You

Add capacity in minutes when you grow, and scale back when you don't need it.

UK Data Centres

Your servers and data can stay in Microsoft's UK regions.

One Identity

Built on the same Microsoft accounts your team already signs in with every day.

What We Run in Azure

From a single application server to a full virtual office, we size each workload to what it actually needs.

Built Right, Then Looked After

Setting up Azure is the easy part. Keeping it secure, backed up and on budget is the ongoing work, and that's what we do.

Design & Build

  • Workload assessment and sizing
  • Network and secure remote access design
  • Server and desktop deployment
  • Migration from on-premise servers
  • Full documentation of what is built

Security & Backup

  • Security baseline and hardening
  • MFA and Conditional Access for admin access
  • No servers exposed directly to the internet
  • Azure Backup with tested restores
  • Patching and update management

Monitoring & Cost Control

  • Performance and availability monitoring
  • Budget alerts before costs creep
  • Right-sizing of over-provisioned resources
  • Reserved capacity where it saves money
  • Monthly cost and health reporting

Getting You Into Azure

01

Assess

We review what you run today and whether each workload belongs in Azure, Microsoft 365, or should stay where it is. You get an honest recommendation and an estimate of monthly running costs.

02

Design

We plan the Azure environment around security and cost from day one: networking, access, backup, and the right size for each server or desktop.

03

Build and Migrate

We build the environment, move your servers, data and applications across, and test them with your team before switching over out of hours.

04

Manage

We monitor, patch, back up and optimise your Azure environment on an ongoing basis, with regular reports so you always know what you're paying for and why.

Common Questions

Is Azure more expensive than keeping our own server?

It depends on what you run and how it's managed. Azure removes hardware purchases, replacement cycles and power costs, but you pay monthly for what you use. Poorly sized environments can cost more than they should, which is why we size workloads carefully, use reserved capacity where it saves money and review costs every month.

What's the difference between Azure and Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is a set of ready-made apps: email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office. Azure is the platform underneath, where you run your own servers, databases and applications. Most businesses use Microsoft 365 for everyday work and Azure for anything that still needs a server.

What is Azure Virtual Desktop?

Azure Virtual Desktop gives your team a full Windows desktop running in the cloud, which they can reach from any device. It's useful for running older applications, giving contractors secure access without handing out company laptops, or keeping data off personal devices.

Is our data kept in the UK?

It can be. Microsoft has UK data centre regions, and we build your Azure resources there by default, so your servers and data stay in the UK.

Do we need an Azure subscription already?

No. We can set up a new subscription for you, or take over the management of one you already have. If you have an existing environment, we start by reviewing its security and costs, as there are often quick savings to be found.
