Problems Fixed Before You Notice

A failing hard drive, a laptop that hasn't updated in months, antivirus that quietly stopped running. We monitor every device in your business around the clock, patch them automatically, and fix the issues we find before they turn into downtime or a breach.

Most Problems Give a Warning

Drives report errors before they fail. Disks fill up gradually. Updates fail quietly for weeks. Security software gets switched off and never switched back on. The warning signs are almost always there, but without monitoring nobody sees them until something breaks.

Unpatched devices are also one of the most common ways attackers get in. Keeping every device updated is basic, essential security, and it's exactly the kind of job that slips when nobody owns it.

Always Watching

Every device checked continuously, in the office or at home, not just when someone reports a problem.

Patched Automatically

Windows and common apps kept up to date on a schedule that doesn't interrupt your team.

Fixed Quietly

Many issues are fixed remotely in the background, before anyone raises a ticket.

Full Inventory

An up-to-date record of every device, who uses it and how healthy it is.

What We Keep an Eye On

A lightweight agent on each laptop, desktop and server reports back on the things that predict problems.

Disk Space & Drive Health
Windows & Software Updates
Antivirus & EDR Status
Disk Encryption
Backup Success
CPU, Memory & Performance
Server Services & Uptime
Battery & Hardware Faults

From Alert to Fixed

01

Deploy

We install our monitoring agent on every laptop, desktop and server. It runs quietly in the background and works wherever the device is, in the office or at home.

02

Baseline

We review the health of every device, bring missing updates up to date and flag hardware that is old, failing or out of warranty.

03

Monitor and Patch

Devices are checked continuously and updates are approved and installed on a schedule, with restarts timed to avoid working hours.

04

Respond

When something needs attention, an alert lands with our engineers. Many issues are fixed remotely before the user notices. Anything bigger is raised as a ticket and you're kept informed.

05

Report

Regular reports show device health, patch status and hardware that is due for replacement, so you can plan and budget instead of reacting.

Why It Matters

Less Downtime

Catching failing hardware and full disks early means fewer days lost to broken laptops and crashed servers.

Fewer Security Gaps

Every device patched and running security software, closing one of the most common ways attackers get in.

Evidence for Compliance

Patch and device reports support Cyber Essentials, which requires timely updates, as well as insurance and client audits.

Predictable Replacement

Know which devices are ageing out ahead of time, so replacements are planned rather than emergencies.

Layered Protection

Endpoint Protection

Managed antivirus and EDR that detects and stops threats on every device.

Cyber Essentials

Patching is a core Cyber Essentials requirement. We help you meet all of them.

Common Questions

Will monitoring slow our computers down?

No. The monitoring agent is lightweight and runs in the background. Updates are scheduled for times that suit your business, and restarts are timed to avoid interrupting people in the middle of their work.

Does it work for staff working from home?

Yes. The agent reports back over the internet, so laptops are monitored and patched wherever they are, whether in the office, at home or on the road.

Can you see what our staff are doing?

No. Device monitoring looks at the health and security of the device, such as updates, disk space, hardware faults and security software status. It is not used to watch what people are working on or browsing.

How does this help with Cyber Essentials?

Cyber Essentials requires that devices run supported software and that security updates are installed promptly. Automated patching and device reporting make meeting and evidencing those requirements far easier.

What's the difference between this and endpoint protection?

Endpoint protection detects and stops threats such as malware and ransomware. Device monitoring keeps the device itself healthy and up to date, and makes sure your security software is running. The two work best together.
