How quickly can you respond?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within a few hours during business hours. For urgent issues - a system outage, security incident, or anything that's stopping your business from operating - flag this when you get in touch and we'll prioritise accordingly.
Do I need to commit to any hours upfront?
No. There's no minimum hours commitment and no retainer required. You describe your problem, we tell you how long we think it'll take and at what rate, and you decide whether to go ahead. No obligation until you give us the green light.
Can you work remotely, or do you need to come on-site?
Most issues can be resolved remotely using secure remote access tools - it's faster and cheaper for you. Where the problem is hardware-related or physically requires someone present, we arrange an on-site visit. We'll always recommend the most efficient approach for your situation.
What if the issue takes longer than expected?
If we hit something unexpected that would take the job beyond our original estimate, we stop and let you know before continuing. You'll always have the option to authorise more time, pause, or get a second opinion. We never run the clock without your approval.
Do you cover my area?
We provide remote support UK-wide. On-site visits are primarily within London and the surrounding area. If you're outside this range, get in touch - depending on the job, we may still be able to help or point you in the right direction.
What if I need ongoing support after the first job?
You're welcome to call us again for the next issue - there's no lock-in either way. If you find you're contacting us regularly, it may be worth exploring whether our Managed IT service would give you better value, faster response times, and a more proactive approach. We can walk you through that option at any point, with no pressure.
Is there anything you don't cover?
We'll always be upfront if a request falls outside our expertise or if we think a specialist is better placed to help. We don't cover consumer devices under warranty, managed print services, or bespoke software development. If you're unsure, just ask - we'd rather tell you upfront than waste your time and money.
